qwsdcvghyu89	a9a22ea23d	Added constant state changers to represent singular/repeating states. Added a DownloadContextBuilder to support fluent building patterns. Changed RetryReporter and DownloadReporter to use RetryReport and DownloadReport structs to simplify type declarations.
